スタッフの方がすごく親切でかつ明るい方で安心できました。 駅からのホテルまでの説明やバス停からホテルまで迎えに来てもらえた事はすごく有難かったです。 またローマの観光についてのアドバイスを細かくしてもらえてわかりやすかったです！

地下鉄の駅からやや遠いですが、スタッフもフレンドリーで部屋も居心地が良くとても快適でした。ポップですが朝食も美味しいです。アメニティーが充実していればさらに良かったと思います。

Capricci is all about one word - heart. The owner Massimo is a wonderful host for anyone staying in Rome - whether it is attention to detail in the cleanliness of the rooms, knowledge of the city and what to see, arranging taxis or restaurants - Massimo is wonderful!! This place has rooms bigger than the 4 star hotel we stayed in for the beginning of our trip with beautiful decor, wifi and a free breakfast - what more can you ask for?

Massimo the owner was very helpful and very nice. He helped me with everything I needed and did his best to accomodate me. The b&b is very cute and clean and well located. I would recommend it to anyone.

The doors are very narrow and it is challending to fit a large suitcase or backpack through the main building doors.

Perfect location near St. Peter. Our family room provided sufficient space for four persons, room is well maintained and clean. Bathroom was somewhat small but everything functioned well and was clean. Room cleaned on daily basis, even beds were made up. Free wifi in room and also free PC with internet in lobby. The owner Massimo is a very hospitable person who really takes customer satisfaction very serious, provided a lot of good tips to visit the city and who makes an excellent and extented breakfast.

No, would come back at this B&B next time

Airy room (around 4 metres from floor to ceiling) in a lovely oldfashioned "stylish" house right in the middle of Rome. Clean and spacious with a practical and fairly new bathroom. Massimo is a lovely host with good information about the ins and outs regarding your visit to Rome, info that he is happy to share. The breakfast is big and tasty, and makes you very well prepared for a day of exploring this amazing city! The B&B is situated within walking distance of all the major sites (Colosseum is the furthest away, took us around 30 minutes to walk there). Will easily stay there again. Friendly atmosphere and good value for money.

The owner of this b&b provides first-class service! He is extremely helpful, nice, and caring. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful! The rooms are very new and clean. We especially liked the soft towels! We have been in Europe for several months travelling around and this is our favorite place we've stayed. The service is more like a 4-star hotel than a B&B! It is an extremely good value for the size, location, & service. You can walk to the Vatican in 5 minutes, the Metro in 10 minutes, Castel San Angleo in 5 minutes, and Spanish Steps in 20 minutes. There are many good restaurants, cafe's and shops right in the immediate vicinity. The temperature is adjustable in the room, and works very well and quickly. We were visiting in December and really appreciated being able to turn up the heat when we felt chilled from our walks outside. The beds were comfortable and had nice soft sheets and comforters. The owner lent us an umbrella when we had unexpected rain and readily provides maps and even guide books if needed! He caters your breakfast to your wants, with fresh pastries and other choices every day.

We really enjoyed our stay and don't have any complaints! However, I would make one recommendation: add a small corner table either in the bathroom (to the right of the toilet) or right outside the bathroom (by the long mirror), so that guests have a place to put their toiletries. It would also be helpful to have another towel bar in the bathroom and/or a couple hooks. But overall, I highly recommend this b&b and hope that when we return to Rome some day that we can stay there again!

Excellent staff, very helpful and kind. Enormous breakfast - too big for us! Great position for seeing the sights of Rome!

The location was very good and the owner, Massimo, was very friendly and helpful.

The host Massimo was extremely helpful and accommodating.

The noisey water system was very irritating after using the bathroom. Noise from the streets was also quite bad.

Close to the Vatican Museum, Castel Sant'Angelo, and St Peter's Basilica. Internet was good.

TV/Sat did not work while we were there, but we hardly watched tv. The metro stop is about 20 minutes away.

Massimo himself is a big plus location: safe, silent, away from the noise of tourist crowds, but central great breakfast

Even if Capricci Romani is a b & b you can find services like a 5 star hotel. The room had all comfort (a / c, wi / fi free, private bathroom inside), and we found also some very useful extras (maps, Rome guide books, books, magazines, free internet point for guest without a pc). At the end, but not less important, the breakfast is served, officially, from 08:00 to 10:00, but Max and Irene are proud to serve it after that time (not found in 5star hotel!). Beds comfortable, rooms clean and spacious. A great discovery in Rome. Highly recommended
